I purchased my Gamepower Mihawk headset approximately four years ago through Trendyol. After what I would consider a relatively short period of use, the leather covering on both the headband and ear cups began to peel and deteriorate. At this point, the product has become uncomfortable and unhygienic to use because the flaking material sticks to my head and ears.
I bought the product through Trendyol, and my order number is 5211***33. Despite using the headset carefully and responsibly, I believe this level of wear indicates a problem with the product’s material or manufacturing quality.
I am requesting that Gamepower provide either a paid or complimentary replacement, or offer an appropriate solution for my headset. I kindly ask to be contacted via email at y************@gmail.com regarding this matter.
