Gamepower Aero Ultra Headset Fails to Power On After 3 Months of Use

I purchased the Gamepower Aero Ultra headset approximately 3 months ago from the Canpark Gamepower store and used it with great satisfaction. However, about 2 days ago, the headset suddenly stopped turning on. I waited a while and tried again; it initially turned on when connected to power, but once I turned the device off, it failed to turn back on and will no longer connect to any device.

Encountering such an issue with a product that is only 3 months old has surprised me and caused significant inconvenience. I request that the product be evaluated under warranty for fault diagnosis and replaced with a brand-new, defect-free unit. I request urgent contact regarding this matter and demand a replacement, or the option to pay the price difference to upgrade to a new model, as I am otherwise pleased with the product.
