I've been using GeForce Now, and one of my favorite games became unplayable due to a bug. While I can launch massive games like Destiny 2 in seconds, a smaller game like Project Zomboid took a frustrating 20 minutes to load (compared to Destiny 2's mere seconds). I contacted Nvidia support for help, and they gave me some user-related troubleshooting tips. I tried everything, but nothing worked. They eventually directed me to Gameplus, GeForce's local representative in Turkey. I messaged them on Facebook and Twitter, and they seemed interested for a moment before asking me to wait. However, 15 days have passed and no resolution has been reached. When I insisted on an update, they simply dismissed the problem as a faulty network. To be more specific, Project Zomboid takes 20 minutes to load. I tried switching servers, using VPNs, switching devices, changing internet connections, and testing various internet speeds, including weak, moderate, and strong, in the same way, that Orkun Işitmak does in his comparison videos. I followed the advice of Nvidia support, even formatting my computer and reinstalling GeForce Now as the first application. I tried every method available, but there was no improvement. I've been dealing with this problem for over a month, exchanging emails with Nvidia support for at least 10 days and communicating with Gameplus on Facebook for another 15 days, mostly waiting for useful information. That, in a nutshell, is the situation, my friends. Several updates have been released, but the problem has not been resolved. Gameplus has taken no initiative to resolve the problem and appears unlikely to do so. They simply dismissed it, claiming it was a problem with the network. I'll file complaints against these people wherever I can. Friends, I strongly advise you to avoid using GeForce Now; it is a source of regret. Despite your payment, they do not treat you with dignity.
