With a 6-month commitment, I purchased Turkcell's Geforce Now bundle. My package till 18/02/2024 displays in my packages area on Gameplus.com.tr, however when I open the application, it states 'You do not have an active membership'. I explained the issue and supplied the appropriate photographs to the in**@gameplus.com.tr e-mail address. Some users who return and follow these rules in order to preserve service quality and accessibility may have their basic membership downgraded owing to "abuse." When the package's one-month cycle is ended, the Premium features will be enabled again. See, I only use this program in the game of the Lost Ark, which is a MMORPG. Your packages state that you have unlimited session rights. Have you ever played a MMORPG before? It is a game that may be played for up to 12 hours every day. Set a daily usage quota of 6 hours or less, and we will pay appropriately. Why should I have to rely on my own self-control? Why am I tensing up because I am afraid of any limitations? How did you come to the decision to discontinue the service I paid for? There is no abuse; I simply play for those hours. Your limitations have taken away all of my enjoyment of the game.

Automatic response, I'm not surprised. If you tell me that I only have 6 hours per day, I would decide whether to give you my money based on that. I give you my money for 6 months, but you can cancel my account membership at your own discretion. Will you also refund the money for the days I couldn't use? Why do I have to use your application with the stress of wondering if my account will be restricted again? Or give me 180 hours per month, I might use less on some days and more on others, but in this case, I might face restrictions again and I have no chance to control this.
