I’ve been playing on the Gameloft platform for over 5 years, specifically a game called Planet Online Dünya Hakimiyeti. Despite my long-term commitment, I’m unable to access any of the rewards offered in the game due to a persistent player ID error. I've reached out to customer support multiple times through messages, but I haven’t received any help or resolution. It’s extremely frustrating to be ignored by support when all I want is to enjoy the full experience of the game, including the rewards that are supposed to be available to players.
