I Lost Access to My Konami Account Despite 5 Years Investment

Hello, in May my monthly login rights suddenly reset to zero without explanation. I waited until June 1st and logged in then, but during a match, I got a "Network Error" and got kicked out. After that, I tried logging in again with my Konami ID, but it said "No Konami ID found with this email." Then I tried logging in through Google Play, but it told me my login rights had been reset to zero. No matter what I do, I can’t fix this. Please help—I’ve had this account for 5 years and just recently invested ₺4000. I’m really frustrated and desperate for a solution.
