Gameforge Unfairly Bans Gladiatus Account "Lykiage" Without Providing Evidence
On May 18, 2026, around 9:14 PM, I learned that my Gladiatus account named "Lykiage" on Gameforge was given a 3-day suspension for alleged insult. I believe this suspension decision is unfair and groundless, as I have not sent messages to anyone in-game recently and certainly used no profanity or insulting expressions.
Previously, I received a 1-day suspension once due to an abbreviated phrase that was not explicit profanity, was not directed at any specific individual, and was used as an adjectival phrase. Following that incident, I paid extra attention to my conduct and made sure to act in full compliance with the rules. Despite this, my account was banned once again without any explanation or concrete evidence detailing which message this penalty was based on.
I demand the lifting of my 3-day suspension, which I believe was unjustly imposed. Additionally, I request a clear, reasoned, and detailed explanation regarding which specific expression or action caused this penalty, a careful review of my account logs, and an official apology for the distress caused to me. I expect the process to be conducted transparently and fairly, my account to be unbanned, and necessary internal reviews to be performed to prevent similar unfair sanctions in the future.
