Gameforge Blocked My Metin2 Account Unjustly for Bot Use Without Evidence

My Gameforge Metin2 account was unjustly blocked, and even after several attempts to contact them, the support team has not replied. I feel like all the time and money I put into this account has been completely squandered. I was informed that my account was blocked for allegedly using a fishing bot, but I can assure you that I have never used a fishing bot or any bot while playing the game. I have invested a significant amount of money into this account and have devoted numerous hours before making any financial commitments. I was unexpectedly blocked by the Metin2 Gameforge team, and I received no explanation or evidence for this action. I request the reopening of my account so I can access what I have rightfully earned and invested in.
