Gameforge Bans Metin2 Account L34l34L4 Over False Fish Bot Allegations

My account L34l34L4, which I play on the Star server in Gameforge's Metin2 game, was banned on June 24, 2026, with the statement "permanently blocked because the use of a fish bot was clearly detected." Despite never using any bot or similar third-party software in the game, I have been unjustly banned under this justification.

Even though I am a player who has spent both money and long hours of effort on my account, the support team provides no concrete evidence, screenshots, or details in their ticket system responses; they merely reply with the same template text. My support tickets are also answered after very long delays, making me feel stall-tactics are being used.

I refuse to accept a permanent ban on my account when I have never used a fish bot, nor do I accept this being declared with definitive language like "clearly detected." I demand that my account L34l34L4 be given a thorough, objective, and fair re-examination, and that this unfairly closed account be reopened.
