Gameforge Issues Unjust 3rd Party Software Ban to Metin2 Mobile2 Account tayfun08
My level 85 Warrior account, tayfun08, on the Metin2 Mobile2 Alesta server under Gameforge was unjustly banned on March 14, 2026, under the grounds of using "3rd party software." My account contains full elite gear obtained through long effort and significant spending, and I have never used third-party software, cheats, macros, or any other illegal methods in the game.
Being banned in this manner has caused me severe hardship both financially and emotionally. As a player who spent what I would describe as an excessive amount of money on the game, having such an allegation leveled against me and my account closed without concrete proof is unfair.
When contacting the support team, I feel I was brushed off with automated and generic responses, with no clear explanation or details shared regarding the matter. If necessary, I am completely open to a technical inspection of my computer or phone; it will prove that I have not used any prohibited software or macros.
For all these reasons, I demand a thorough re-examination of my account, the lifting of the unjust ban, and the full restoration of my character tayfun08 along with all its associated rights.
