I bought a Bingo Pro dishwasher tablet pack (36 capsules), but nearly half of them are missing the purple detergent gel! This is completely unacceptable for a brand like Hayat Kimya—how can they sell incomplete and defective products?
I expect every capsule to have the full amount of detergent, yet many are missing the key cleaning agent. This means I’ve paid for a product that won’t properly clean my dishes, and I feel completely cheated. I have attached visual proof showing the missing detergent in multiple capsules.
Bingo Pro, you need to address this quality issue immediately and either replace my pack or refund my money. Has anyone else experienced this? Fix this now!
