Freestyle Libre Glucose Monitor Not Delivered for 40 Days



I purchased a Freestyle Libre glucose monitor on January 30, paying over 4,000 for the device. Today is March 7, and I still haven’t received it—it hasn’t even been shipped!
During this time, my mother has been hospitalized 3-4 times, and this device is critical for her health management. The company originally mentioned a 15-20 day delivery delay, but now it has been 40 days, and I am still getting excuses like “it’s in processing” or “it’s in queue for shipping”—none of which are acceptable.
If anything happens to my mother due to this delay, Freestyle Libre will be responsible.

It has been exactly 48 days since I placed the order. I called at least 3 times every week and waited 30-49 minutes on the phone for a response. I was constantly told the lie that it would be tomorrow. In my last 2 calls, I was told that there was a problem in the warehouse and that the cargo was taken 5 times but not delivered, and it would be delivered on Monday. Today is Tuesday, and I see that the orders have been canceled and no refund has been made. In short, we were scammed. Do not make the same mistake as we did. Initially, orders are delivered on time, and a new product is sent immediately in place of a faulty one to create an illusion. Once you start using the device, the money is taken, and the product is not sent. Products are sent to new customers. I will now seek my rights through CİMER and the court.
