I Can’t Get Timely Delivery of My Freestyle Libre Sensor

I placed an order for a Freestyle Libre glucose sensor 22 days ago, and I still haven’t received it. As someone living with diabetes, I depend on this device to monitor my blood sugar accurately. This isn’t just a tech product—this is medical equipment, and a delay like this can seriously compromise my health.
When I contacted customer service, all I got was a dismissive response: “There’s a backlog.” What kind of backlog takes over three weeks? This is not a U.S.-based manufacturer but a local distributor in Turkey—so what’s the excuse? I feel completely ignored and disrespected as a patient.
I have unstable diabetes (classified as brittle diabetes), which means I can’t rely solely on traditional glucose meters for safe blood sugar tracking. This sensor is essential. If my order doesn’t arrive within the next 4 days, I will initiate legal action to hold the distributor accountable.
