Freestyle Libre Replacement Delayed for 40 Days – No Customer Support
On January 29, 2025, I contacted Freestyle Libre customer service because my device was providing inaccurate readings. After discussing the issue, they confirmed that a replacement device would be sent under warranty and assured me that the process had begun.
Since then, I have called three times, only to be told that due to high demand, they understand the delay but will ship my device as soon as possible. However, it is now March 6, 2025, and I still haven’t received it. To make matters worse, I can no longer reach customer service—I wait on hold for an hour, only for the call to disconnect automatically.
I purchased this device at full price without government assistance, yet I am being treated with zero urgency. We are not buying accessories—this is a medical device essential for health monitoring. Waiting 40 days for a replacement is unacceptable and puts my health at risk.
