I Face Free Fire False Ban After 8 Years of Playing

I have been playing Free Fire on my main account for about eight years on iOS. The account is registered to the Middle East region, even though I live in Turkey. Around three years ago, my account was suddenly banned for allegedly using cheats. Since that day, I have not been able to access my account at all.
Throughout all the years I used this account, I never used any hacks, third-party software, or unfair methods. My private match history also clearly shows that I did not cheat. Even so, my account was permanently banned and I was labeled as a cheater, which I believe is completely unfair. Over the past three years, I have contacted Free Fire support several times. However, I always receive the same standard response saying that my account cannot be unbanned and that it was banned for using cheats, without any concrete evidence or detailed explanation being provided.
This situation has caused me serious frustration, especially because I spent a very large amount of money on this account over the years. I request that my account be thoroughly investigated again, that my match history and account activity be reviewed in detail, and that this unfair ban be removed. If it is confirmed that I did not violate the rules, I want my account to be restored and my access fully returned. I expect a clear and specific explanation based on actual evidence, not repetitive generic replies, along with a fair review of my case.
