Free Fire Support Ignored My Case – Account Still Suspended After Months
I’ve been unable to access my Free Fire account on my Android device for about 6–7 months because it has been suspended. My account ID is 9248814543. I was initially informed that the account would be restored, but despite several months passing, nothing has changed, and the suspension remains in place.
I also made a ₺31 payment via credit card to this account, which makes the situation even more frustrating. So far, I haven’t been able to contact customer support, nor have I taken any additional steps toward resolving the issue. I’ve received no explanation for why my account was suspended — the only message I see is, “Your account has been suspended.”
I request that my Free Fire account be reinstated immediately and that the inconvenience and financial loss I’ve experienced be addressed as soon as possible.
