Spent 5,000 INR on Free Fire, Then Got Banned Without Using Cheats

I was playing Free Fire on my Android device, and around 2020–2021, my account (UID: 2197319858) was suspended for alleged cheating. A message appeared on the screen saying:

“Account has been suspended due to cheating.”
However, I have never used any cheats or violated the game’s rules — the only thing I did was log in from a different device.

I had spent around 5,000 INR on Google Play gift cards to purchase various in-game items, and after my account was suspended, all those purchases and my entire game progress were lost. I have not yet contacted Free Fire customer support regarding this issue.

I’m requesting a detailed review of my account and asking for it to be reactivated, as I firmly believe it was suspended unfairly. This incident occurred in Punjab, India.
