Free Fire Max ID Hack and Ban - Best Weapons Lost

Hello, Garena Free Fire Support Team, Someone hacked my Free Fire Max account (UID: 917120691, in-game name: JACK), and when I got it back through Facebook, I found out it was banned because of what the hacker did. I have never used cheats, and I have spent money on my account by buying things. I also spent time learning how to use the best weapons in Free Fire to get better at the game, but now I can't use them at all because of the ban. I think the hacker's actions caused the ban, not mine, and I can show records if needed. Please look over my case and lift the ban.
