Dear Garena Free Fire Support Team, My Free Fire Max account (UID: 2134555630, in-game name: Vikram) was taken from me about a month ago. Once I retrieved it via Facebook, I discovered that it had been banned because of actions taken by someone who wasn't authorized. I’ve been playing fairly since 2020, have never resorted to cheats, and consistently made purchases on my account. I think the ban resulted from the hacker's actions, not anything I did. I'm happy to share evidence if required. I kindly ask you to reconsider my situation and remove the ban.
