Dear Garena, I had my Free Fire Max account (UID: 3285314110) stolen. After successfully recovering it through Facebook, I was shocked to find it banned due to the hacker's actions. I’ve been playing honestly since 2020, never resorted to cheats, and invested in in-game purchases to enhance my experience. It seems incredibly unjust to lose access to something I’ve dedicated years to because of the actions of another person.
