My FF Max Account Was Stolen and Unfairly Banned

To the Garena Free Fire Support Team, Someone took my Free Fire Max account (1952908469, in-game name @nikitaE.ff). I found it on Facebook and learned that someone else had used it without permission. I've always played fairly, never used cheats, and I've put money into my account by making frequent purchases. I think the hacker's activities caused the ban, not mine, and I can show proof if you need it. Please look at my case and lift the ban. Losing this account because of theft would be very hard for me.
