Free Fire Max Account Banned After Hack - I Need My Access Restored

Someone stole my Free Fire Max account. I got it back through Facebook, but I found out that it had been banned because of things the unauthorized user did. I have never cheated or broken the rules of the game. I have always played fairly. I spent a lot of time and effort on this account, and I'm very upset that I can't get to it anymore. Please look over my case and lift the ban so I can keep playing on my account.
