Free Fire Max Account Banned Due to Unauthorized Access and "Abnormal Activity"

My Free Fire Max account was accessed by someone else without my knowledge, which is why they weren't able to completely steal it. Unfortunately, my Free Fire account has been banned, and I got a notification stating, "Abnormal activity was detected on your account and it has been suspended." I would appreciate assistance from customer service regarding this issue, as I believe I have not done anything wrong. I am confident that my important account will be reinstated, as I am not responsible for this situation. Thanks a lot!
