Free Fire Max Support Repeats Same Response After Permanent Account Ban

I am a Free Fire MAX player on Android (Xiaomi Redmi) on the Indonesia server, and my account with UID 7409655656 was permanently banned in 2025. I still do not clearly understand the reason for this ban. I have never used any cheats, scripts, or third‑party applications and have always played fairly, investing a great deal of time and effort into building this account. Before the ban, I allowed a friend to log in and play on my account, and I do not know what actions he may have taken while using it. Since then, I have contacted Garena / Free Fire customer support many times, but each time I receive the same response that my account was hacked, without any clear explanation of what exactly happened or which specific rule was violated. I feel confused and helpless, as I am being punished for something I do not fully understand and did not intentionally do. Through this complaint, I respectfully request a detailed and transparent investigation of my account with UID 7409655656 and a clear explanation of the exact reason for the permanent ban and which rule was allegedly violated. I also kindly ask you to reconsider my situation, as I have invested significant time and effort into this account, and I am committed to playing fairly and securely in the future.
