Free Fire Max 180 Day Suspension After Email Change

I am writing regarding a problem with my Free Fire Max account, which has been suspended for 180 days on my Android mobile device. The suspension occurred approximately in November, and since then I have not been able to access and use my Free Fire ID. As far as I can understand, the only unusual action I took before the suspension was changing my email ID, but I changed it to the same email address as before. I suspect this may have triggered the suspension, as I have not used any cheats, hacks or illegal tools, and I am not aware of any other violation. I have tried to contact Free Fire / Garena customer support about this issue but I have not received any information or clear explanation about why my account was suspended for 180 days. Not knowing the exact reason and not having any feedback is very disappointing. I kindly request that my Free Fire Max account be reviewed in detail and that you remove the restriction so that I can change the email linked to my Free Fire ID to a new email address: mohan***[email protected], and continue using my account safely. If there is any misunderstanding or system error related to the email change, I ask you to correct this and help me update my account email and restore my access as soon as possible.
