My Franke refrigerator broke down, and reaching the authorized Franke service center in Adana (Şaşmaz) took us several days. After finally getting through, they gave us a service appointment 10 days later. We had to live without a refrigerator for 10 days, which was extremely inconvenient.
On the appointment day, no one showed up. When we called to ask, they claimed they had come but couldn’t find anyone at home — an impossible excuse since I live in a residential complex with 24-hour security, and no technician ever arrived.
We then contacted Franke’s main customer service center, where they said we’d receive a call back within 24 hours, but no one ever called. I even tried contacting independent repair services, but they refused to come, saying they don’t deal with Franke because spare parts are unavailable.
This has been a terrible experience from start to finish. Franke is a disappointment!
