Franke Induction Cooktop Glass Stained After One Month

I purchased a Franke induction cooktop, model 02108.0606.108, less than one month ago. When the water was boiling on the stove, it overflowed onto the glass surface along with the cleaning solution that was inside the pot. Even though I wiped it immediately, a permanent stain formed on the glass surface. There is now a visible mark on the cooktop that does not come off, no matter how much it is cleaned.
When I contacted the authorized service center/customer service, I was told that this was considered user error. I cannot accept that a normal occurrence, such as boiling water overflowing, would cause a permanent stain on the cooktop surface and that full responsibility would be placed on the customer. If a simple spill like this can permanently damage the surface, then paying a premium price for this brand makes no sense.
Because the product was damaged in such a short time, I am requesting a free replacement of the cooktop.
The central office solved my problem
