Fortnite Odyssey Shadow Spawn Days Are Unpredictable

I have been enjoying Fortnite on PlayStation 5 for a long time, particularly the Odyssey game mode. However, for approximately the past two weeks, I have been experiencing several issues that are negatively affecting my gameplay experience.

First, the lack of a predictable schedule for Shadow Spawn days is a serious issue. As far as I understand, they appear on random days during random weeks. This makes me interrupt my normal progression in the game and constantly wonder, “When will the Shadow Spawn days be available?” Having Shadow Spawn days scheduled and announced in advance would be very important for players who want to plan their gameplay.

Another issue is that I cannot interact with Kai. When I press the button to talk to Kai, all of the indicators on the screen disappear for about a second and then come back, but I am still unable to speak with Kai. This issue negatively affects both the quest progression and the overall story experience.

There is also a broader issue with the NPCs throughout Odyssey. Their AI behavior feels very limited, as they repeatedly use the same lines, making interactions feel like I am talking to robots programmed to say only a handful of sentences. This takes away from the experience and does not feel as engaging as it used to. While Fortnite Battle Royale generally receives polished and reliable updates, I feel that Odyssey does not receive the same level of attention, with more focus being placed on collaborations and Battle Royale-related updates.

Odyssey is my favorite game mode, and without these issues, it would be almost perfect for me. I request that Shadow Spawn days be placed on a predictable and clearly announced schedule, that the interaction issue with Kai be fixed, and, if possible, that the AI behavior of NPCs in Odyssey be expanded and improved. I also hope that future updates will focus not only on the most-played modes but also on the modes with the most significant issues. In particular, I would like these problems in Odyssey to be addressed as soon as possible.
