Fortnite Crew Pack Month 2 V-Bucks Never Arrived Despite Epic Games Promising a 24-Hour Fix

I purchased a Fortnite Crew subscription through Epic Games, with automatic renewal continuing through PlayStation. The first month's 1,000 V-Bucks were credited to my account without any issues. However, when my second month began on June 1, the 1,000 V-Bucks I was entitled to for this month were never added to my account.
I contacted Epic Games support about the issue and was told the V-Bucks would appear in my account within 24 hours. Despite that promise, the time has passed and nothing has been credited. I am continuing to experience this problem on my PlayStation account under the username bokdelen31.
I am requesting that my second month's 1,000 V-Bucks be credited to my account as soon as possible and that the necessary checks be carried out to resolve this issue properly.
