For about a week, I have been experiencing serious issues while playing Fortnite on my Xbox One S. The game takes an unusually long time to load and lags heavily when navigating the menu. In Item Shop, Blitz, Battle Royale, Lego Fortnite, and all other game modes, it connects to the server and finds a match, but after a few seconds, I am completely kicked out of the game. When I try to re-enter, I have to wait approximately five minutes each time.
I am not receiving any error codes or warning messages. To fix the issue, I have tried restarting the game, checking and improving my internet connection, waiting in the lobby after launching the game, and lowering graphics and FPS settings. None of these solutions have worked. The problem continues across all game modes.
The game is currently unplayable, and I am experiencing significant frustration as a result. I request that the Fortnite team urgently investigate and resolve this issue.
