LEGO Fortnite Kai Dialogue Bug Prevents Story Progress

While playing LEGO Fortnite: Odyssey on PlayStation 5, I am experiencing a serious bug in the Ninjago Monastery section when trying to talk to Kai. When I press the Square button to talk to Kai, the portal does not open and the dialogue screen never appears. In addition, all of the HUD elements on the screen, including the health bar, inventory, and compass, disappear for about a second and then reappear. This issue significantly disrupts the gameplay experience and completely prevents me from progressing through the story.

This problem has been occurring for approximately 1.5–2 weeks, and I have not found any solution during this time. I reported the issue to Epic Games Support, and its AI support system stated that they were working to fix the bug in a future update; however, there has been no improvement so far.

As a player, my only expectation is that the next update fixes the issues preventing players from talking to Kai and opening the portal, particularly in the Ninjago Monastery, so that this part of the game becomes fully playable without any problems.
