I am experiencing a Ford Sync connection error. The phone button is non-functional, and voice commands are not working. I purchased the car a week ago and was only able to connect it successfully once, by chance. I cannot connect it now. It displays a "Sync connection error" message and nothing else.
Please provide a reason for this issue or a solution. I would greatly appreciate your assistance in resolving this problem.
