Brand New Ford Focus (2023) Sync 4.0 Android Auto/iOS Connection Problems

As a computer specialist and system/software auditor, I purchased a 2023 Model Ford Focus 1.5 Diesel Active X vehicle brand new on March 1, 2024. When I connect it to iOS or Android Auto, I experience various connection issues on my 13-inch screen device. Despite trying Lightning cable, various versions of wireless connections, and testing on different phones, I would like to emphasize that there has been no change in the problem I will specify. Firstly, there are three different connection options to connect devices: Phone calling, Music, and Applications. The real issues start when connecting applications. For example, during map usage, while driving, it becomes impossible to call anyone, the device's performance deteriorates significantly, slows down, and also causes serious problems such as overheating and quick battery drain on phones. However, if usage is done without connecting applications, these problems do not occur. Finally, the chance to connect to applications disappeared for the second time in my approximately 2-month-old vehicle. I believe there are serious problems with the Ford Sync 4.0 version, and I expect a fast and permanent solution from the authorities.
