My Brand-new Ford Puma Has Constant Electrical Problems

I bought a 0 km Ford Puma 1 year ago from authorised service and the driver window keys broke on their own, along with some chrome parts. I went to Ford service and explained the problem, only requesting that the driver window key controller be replaced under warranty, but Otokoç Ford service said they cannot replace it under warranty because they claim it is a user mistake. I reject this, as we only press the buttons with our fingers—it is not my fault, it is Ford’s fault. Please help me get my window key controller replaced under warranty.
