The authorized Ford service center in Denizli, Ford Yargül, refused to open a damaged file, claiming they had no agreement with my car's insurance company. Upon contacting Ford's central support, I was told they couldn't intervene in their authorized service centers' decisions. Here's the shocker: Even if you have insurance and you're at an official Ford service center, they won't handle your car-related matters. It appears Ford's 'service' for car owners boils down to selling cars and directing them to service centers. We learned that we aren't obligated to stick to authorized service centers for maintenance and that our vehicles remain under warranty no matter what.
