Please avoid this airline as much as possible! Saying that you don't have a representative of the airline when you have a delay of 8 hours, I am sorry but that's ridiculous! They won't refund you or compensate the delay or the cancellation of the flight, and their prices are exaggerated! Paying 300£ for one way to London Luton, without hand baggage, no thank you! And these delays or cancellations are not covered under EU law, so don't waste your time!
