Obilet Failed to Process My Flight Date Change Request

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction regarding the handling of my flight ticket change request through Obilet.

I purchased a flight ticket through Obilet for a Dubai flight scheduled to depart on February 10, 2026, at 2:20 PM. Before the flight, I realized that I needed to change the travel date and immediately contacted customer support to request assistance.

Despite submitting my request multiple times, I was not provided with a solution. Instead, I was repeatedly told to wait because they were supposedly communicating with the airline. However, no meaningful update or response was ever provided.

What makes this situation particularly frustrating is that I had already started trying to resolve the issue the day before the flight. Nevertheless, I was later informed that changes could only be processed up to two hours before departure and that my request could no longer be handled. Had my request been properly addressed when I first contacted customer service, there would have been sufficient time to complete the change.

Rather than receiving timely assistance, I was continually asked to wait, and the matter was effectively delayed until it became impossible to process. As a customer, I find it unacceptable that a legitimate ticket modification request was not handled in a reasonable timeframe and that I was left without clear information about the status of my case.
