Eurowings Refused to Cancel or Change My Düsseldorf-İzmir Flight Tickets

I purchased round-trip flight tickets from Düsseldorf to İzmir through Obilet for July 15, 2025, with a return on August 9, 2025. Due to an unexpected issue with my leave dates, I requested either a cancellation or a change for my tickets. However, I was told that neither option was possible, despite there being seven months until the flight.

This lack of flexibility has left me incredibly frustrated, especially as I’ve never faced such issues when booking tickets through other platforms. It feels unfair that I am left with no options while airlines can delay or cancel flights last minute.

I urge Obilet, Corendon, and Eurowings to consider unforeseen circumstances on the customer’s end and provide a solution for my case. Please address my grievance and allow me to either cancel or modify my booking.
