Flormar Sold Me Defective Products and Ignored My Attempts to Resolve the Issue


I bought two products from Flormar for ₺700, and even though I didn't open or use them, I discovered that they had already deteriorated. The oils had leaked out and were no longer usable. I contacted Flormar regarding this issue, but I have yet to receive any response or help. This absence of communication and support is genuinely disappointing, particularly for a dedicated customer who relied on their products. I just want some accountability and a solution for the faulty items I got. If this matter isn't resolved quickly, I will have to escalate my complaint. I anticipated a higher level of service from a brand such as Flormar.
