Flormar Rejecting To Deliver My Order Despite Their Irresponsibility
I ordered a total of 7 products from the Flormar seller via Trendyol. The package I received contained mascara that I had not ordered. I had to submit two support requests through Trendyol, and as a result, I was asked to start the return process. When Trendyol officials told me to contact the seller, Flormar told me to start the return process over without taking my complaint seriously. My problem has not been resolved, despite the fact that the products are in stock. I am forced to go to the courier to get my money back from a company that has caused me distress due to my disability, and the company's officials refuse to explain why I am being mistreated. Even when I attempted to retrieve a return code, the system returned an error. I have not received any service, and my money has been with this company for several weeks. I am unable to place a new order because the prices of the products in my order have increased, and I must return the incorrect package to them in order to receive my money back. I will not accept this and demand that my complaint be resolved. Trendyol is not protecting its customers or ensuring the delivery of my products, nor is Flormar correcting its errors. If my products are not delivered to me, I will take the matter to the Consumer Arbitration Board and fight for my rights until the end.

They fixed the problem and sent me my products.
After I submitted my complaint to the Consumer Arbitration Committee, the products in my order were sent to me in full. However, I cannot express satisfaction with the company's attitude on Trendyol prior to this complaint, as I was not taken seriously at all.
