FlixBus Lost and Found Ignores Passenger After Two Forms and a PNR Number
On May 25, 2026, I left my blue Samsung A10 phone in the seat pocket of seat 11B on FlixBus route 181, departing Roermond toward Düsseldorf at 7:40 PM. As soon as I realized what had happened after the journey, I filled out and submitted the required form in Düsseldorf. When I received a follow-up email on May 30, 2026 asking me to fill out another form, I completed and submitted that one as well without delay.
Despite having my PNR number 335 807 1873 on hand and submitting every form on time, I have received absolutely no response to this day. Being left waiting with no updates or communication about a lost item is a genuinely frustrating and harmful experience.
I am demanding that Kamil Koç / FlixBus investigate the matter for the phone I left behind on the specified route, locate my Samsung A10, and return it to me — or at the very least provide me with a clear and informative update on where things stand in the process.
