Lost Bag on FlixBus – No Customer Support or Contact for Urgent Assistance

On January 19, 2025, we accidentally left our bag on FlixBus 902, which departed from Budapest to Vienna at 13:05. Our PNR number is 3218006533. The bag contains valuable belongings and our passports, making this an urgent situation.

Despite providing all necessary details, we have been unable to reach anyone for assistance. The only option is to fill out a form on the website, with no indication of when or if we will receive a response. There is no lost and found office or direct contact for immediate help. This is completely unacceptable! We are in desperate need of a fast resolution, yet FlixBus provides no proper support. We demand urgent assistance to locate our lost bag!
