Flibco Shuttle Delay Made Me Miss My Flight and Cost Me €300 for a New Ticket

We rented a shuttle service from a company called Flibco to reach the Belgian Charleroi airport. The company promised us to reach the airport at 10:00 with ticket number 41371 for €68. However, the company's shuttle service picked us up late and could only get us there at 10:45. For this reason, we missed our flight. Despite the fact that we had mentioned it when purchasing the ticket, the driver dropped us off at the airport and left. Then we bought a new plane ticket for €300 again. As you can see, do not trust them. Despite sending many emails, no one even got back to me. My advice to you is do not get involved with this company.
