Flibco Delayed My Bus By 15 Minutes Waiting for More Passengers

Flibco promised a timely and flawless ride, but it turned out rather different. The bus was supposed to leave at 9:30, but the driver chose to wait for other people for almost fifteen minutes before getting going. I understand they wanted to fill the bus, and perhaps most passengers didn't mind, but I only had one day to explore, and those fifteen minutes meant a great deal. A corporation should follow its departure time rather than allowing paying consumers to wait. Having your daily activities based on a schedule that is not followed irritates you. I would not advise depending on Flibco if your schedule is tight unless you are comfortable with unanticipated delays.
