Expecting flawless travel to catch an early departure, I reserved a Flibco shuttle to Charleroi Airport. But a few hours before travel, I got a cancellation letter without any explanation or substitute for action. Desperate to catch my flight, I had to pay a far more expensive cab hire. I was advised to make an online refund request when I called Flibco customer service. It took weeks for a reply even following their directions, and my request was finally turned down. Their perspective? Though none were accessible in time, they insisted I should have waited for another Flibco shuttle. This encounter has made me feel devalued and let down as a client. I shall be steering others to avoid Flibco going forward and avoiding myself as well.
