Flibco Ticket Cancelled By App Mistake

This is my first time in Belgium, and while waiting at the airport today, I opened the Flibco door2gate app to see if I could change the time on my pre-booked ticket from Brussels Airport Zaventem to Louvain-la-Neuve at 17:00 on 25 September 2025 (Booking Ref [02158]). Because I was anxious and unfamiliar with the app, I accidentally canceled the ticket instead of checking for a time change. The moment I realized the mistake, I immediately purchased another ticket for the same 17:00 departure (Booking Ref [09179]) so I could still travel with Flibco. I contacted customer service right away to explain what happened, but I was told that no refund or voucher could be offered. I fully understand the standard policy, yet I kindly ask Flibco to reconsider as a gesture of goodwill. This was an honest, anxiety-driven mistake, and as a student here in Belgium, I cannot afford such a financial lapse during my very first hours in a new country. There was no loss of revenue for Flibco since I rebooked the same trip, but I am left €40.99 short for a simple human mistake. Thank you very much for taking the time to review my request.

I am in the shuttle right now, and you can clearly see it is empty with only me inside. I don’t see how my cancellation could have caused any hindrance for other passengers to book or caused the company to lose money.
