Flibco Denied My Refund for Missed Brussels Airport Shuttle Despite Flight Delay

Flibco gave a bad experience. My delayed flight meant I missed the planned transport to Brussels Airport. The station officials reassured me I could ask for a reimbursement by emailing customer service, thus I sent my request together with documentation of my delayed flight. My refund was turned down, nevertheless, without any justification. To exacerbate things, the station personnel was contemptuous and showed no desire in providing a remedy or even considering my circumstances. Though I gently explained my situation, their lack of empathy and understanding was startling. This encounter has left me somewhat unhappy; hence, I shall avoid Flibco going forward and counsel others to follow suit.
