I had a few short gigs working part-time after graduating last year, but nothing lasted. Currently, I'm looking for a way to work from home while taking care of my aging mother. After looking into it, I figured out that the site isn't as popular as they say. I found myself signed up for recurring subscriptions without realizing it. I didn't get any emails confirming my purchases or reminding me to renew monthly. My card got charged for another month. I canceled my membership and reached out to their support and feedback team immediately after noticing the charge on my credit card. However, I received no response at all. I still haven't received my refund, and it's been a whole month. Please refund my money promptly.
