FlexJobs Fails To Honor Refund Promise

I signed up for FlexJobs expecting a refund within 14 days, but they didn't follow through. I'm not the only one; lots of users have similar complaints. I signed up to look for a part-time job, but after 10 days, it was obvious the site wasn't working. They promise to help people find jobs, but end up just causing disappointment by taking their money. Even though I canceled my subscription, they still haven't given me a refund, even though it's been over 20 days. Canceling was a real challenge. I had trouble locating the cancellation option on the website or mobile app, and it took an hour of interacting with customer service to eventually cancel. This seems like a deceptive practice, and I'm thinking about initiating a chargeback with my bank. Stay away from this company no matter what!
