Still No Fix For The FlexJobs Login Issue
I joined FlexJobs two months back because my best friend landed an awesome IT job there. But my membership got suspended out of nowhere, and now I can't log in. After the 14-day trial, they billed my card for a service I never used. Throughout this situation, I haven't been able to get in touch with customer service, and now they're about to charge me again. I've tried contacting customer service through all available public channels. Please cancel my membership right away and refund the unauthorized charges. Your customer service is terrible and impossible to reach, and your refund policy is awful.
